6:28am Update... Tornado WATCH now covers the area for the exception on Jackson, Jennings, Lawrence and points north. More updates soon...
2:50am Update... Just did a video update and will be posted on the WeatherPulse Facebook page shortly. The first round of storms will be ending shortly and the next round should move through between 8am-2pm. Gusty winds, hail and vivid lightning will be the primary threats.
2:34am Update... Quick Radar update, heavy thunderstorm over the Madison area at this time. It is producing a lot of lightning, heavy rainfall and some very small hail.
More storms in Kentucky are not as strong but are producing a lot of lightning and heavy rainfall.
The SPC has issued a TORNADO WATCH for western portions of Indiana and Kentucky until 10:00am ET. This is for the line of storms currently out in Missouri. Make sure to keep checking back.
2:22am Update... A new Tornado Watch has been issued one county west of the WeatherPulse area until 10:00am ET. This is for a INTENSE Line of storms pushing through the central US moving at 65-70mph. This line of storms, IF IT HOLDS together, will be in our area sometime after 7am this morning. Make sure to continue checking back for updates.
