Storms are beginning to fire around the are this afternoon. We have gotten reports of heavy rainfall, vivid lightning and some reports of small hail. This will be the trend as the afternoon continues.
Storms are now developing in Clark, Floyd, Washington and far southeastern portions of Lawrence Cos., in Indiana and Jefferson Co. In Kentucky. Watch out for all of the elements which were listed above.
The SPC does have a SLIGHT risk for the afternoon and evening to the west of the viewing area. Hail being the primary threat.
